The delta temperature parameter is used to determine the number of degrees (expressed in Celsius) that the battery pack must rise (or cool off) by in order to increase the speed of the fan.
Example: If the fan is set to turn on at 20C and the delta temperature parameter is set to 5C, the temperature on the pack must reach 25C before the fan moves from speed 1 to speed 2. Likewise it must also reach 30C before it goes from speed 2 to speed 3.
