This value (also referred to as the Beta-value) represents the rate at which the resistance of the thermistor changes with respect to the temperature it is measuring. This value is provided by the manufacturer of the thermistor in the relevant datasheet or documentation.
DEFAULT VALUE: 3380K
WARNING: This value should NOT be adjusted unless the user is using thermistors other than those purchased with the Orion BMS.
CRITICAL WARNING: Great care must be taken ensuring that this value is correct. An incorrect value could lead to the BMS incorrectly reading the pack temperature and allowing the battery to operate under dangerous circumstances.
