High SOC Charge Limit Derating

This is the number of amps-per-SOC% at which the charge current limit (CCL) is reduced due to high State of Charge (SOC). EG: if the State of Charge increases by 1%, this value is the number of additional amps that the CCL is reduced by.

This value is related to the Start Derating Charge Limit At High SOC parameter.
