This parameter specifies the maximum fan speed (0-6) that the fan will operate at while the IsReady signal is active. This can be useful if the application demands lower fan performance while "READY" (EG: if the power supply for the fan while in READY is not powerful enough to push faster speeds or if the noise generated by the fan running at faster speeds is undesirable).
