This is the number of amps-per-SOC% at which the discharge current limit (DCL) is reduced due to low State of Charge (SOC). EG: if the State of Charge decreases by 1%, this value is the number of additional amps that the DCL is reduced by.
This value is related to the Start Derating Charge Limit At Low SOC parameter.
