This fault is triggered when the voltage measured by the BMS drops below approximately 9v for 5 to 8 seconds. This code remains set even after the voltage has returned to normal.
Step 1) Ensure that the 12v supply to the BMS remains above 9v (note: revision D and newer units can withstand significant voltage transients and brownouts without interruption while earlier revisions are more susceptible to interruptions.)
